The Supervisor of Assessments office is responsible for providing fair and equitable assessments to all property owners within our jurisdiction for the purpose of real estate assessments in accordance with Illinois Property Tax Code and Department of Revenue and guidelines. Properties are to be assessed at 33.33% of market value, with the exception of farmland and farm buildings.
